Torque Solution Limited Lifetime Warranty
All warranty claims must be emailed to [email protected] with the following and fit the warranty requirements:
- Confirm on the product detail page the part has a warranty.
- Review Terms and Conditions Disclaimer / Warranty Exclusions below.
- You are the original purchaser.
- Have proof of purchase.
- Able to clearly describe the reason for warranty.
- Provide detailed pictures.
- If warranty is approved you must send the item back with your detailed contact information: Name, complete address, phone number and email address.
- You will be expected to cover all shipping costs to and from Torque Solution.
- There are no refunds on used warranty claims. If approved we will either repair or replace the warrantied part.
Terms and Conditions Disclaimer / Warranty Exclusions:

Torque Solution products are intended for off road / race use only and are used at your own risk.
2. Torque Solution will not be held liable for damage caused to your vehicle that may occur from using our high performance products.
3. Anodizing is not covered due to exposure to UV Rays, heat and chemical detergents.
4. Corrosion damage due to natural occurrences and environment.
5. Damage incurred to or from related vehicle components.
6. Regular day to day wear and tear (urethane & rod ends are wear and tear items). We recommend routine inspection to insure you catch either before they fully fail.
7. Installation or removal costs and vehicle down time are not covered or reimbursed in any way.
8. Noise, Vibration or Harshness (NVH) is to be expected when upgrading drive line or suspension components to stiffer/solid parts and is not a valid warranty or return issue.
9. Unless noted fitment is based off of USDM vehicles. We CANNOT confirm cross compatibility for non USDM vehicles.
10. Warranty is voided if not properly installed, exposed to an exhaust leak, saturated by fluids such as oil/coolant/fuel/etc, or abused beyond their listed specifications.
11. None of Torque Solution products are CARB legal and as stated above are intended for off road / race use only.
Thermal Blanket / Wraps Warranty:
1. Our thermal blankets are covered under a 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects.
2. Wraps are not covered by any warranty due to how they are used and installed.
3. Warranty is voided if not properly installed, exposed to an exhaust leak, saturated by fluids such as oil/coolant/fuel/etc, or abused beyond their listed specifications.
Returns / Exchanges Policy:
1. Returns/Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receiving date.
2. Items must be new and unused unless deemed defective.
3. Shipping costs to and from must be covered by purchaser.
4. Any fees for associated with the removal and installation of a defective product are not covered by the warranty and are the responsibility of the customer.
